GUIDELINES FOR WORSHIPPING TOGETHER
We encourage anyone attending weekend services to wear a face covering from street to seat and from seat to street. We also continue to encourage the practice of social distancing as you seat yourself in the auditorium.
If you have been exposed to COVID in the last 2 weeks, we ask that you stay home until you prove that you don’t have any symtoms.
If you are feeling at all under the weather, please stay home and join us online.
If you have a compromised immune system or are just a little concerned, please stay home and watch online.
We encourage every person and family to properly temperature screen at home prior to coming to church. If any member of your household has a temperature of more than 100.4, please stay home and join us online.
We encourage you to bring hand sanitizer for your family. We will provide hand sanitizer at our welcome center and in our sanctuary if you do need some. Please use when you enter and when you exit the church. Avoid touching your face and wash your hands after using the restroom.
The church facility will be cleaned, disinfected, and before and after our worship gatherings. If you want to serve on this team, we could use a few hands to keep our facility as safe as possible.
Ministry staff will be wearing masks pre-worship and post-worship. Our ministry teams will not be using masks on stage or during the worship gathering. We encourage everyone to wear face coverings from street to seat and seat to street. Children ages 12 and under are not required to wear masks. (This restriction was removed a few weeks ago by the State for child care facilities)
We encourage everyone to practice social distancing of 6 feet at all times.
ENTRY AND EXITS
Due to the fact that we have one worship gathering, it will not be required for us to have separate entry and exit doors. However, we are asking everyone to keep the doorways clear.
Each person, family, or group choosing to worship with us in person is choosing to enter on their own free will. Our guidelines and procedures are clearly defined and will be in print on location for your knowledge. Neighborhood Friends Church is not liable and each person will enter on their own volition.
Our NKids Ministry Team has been working hard, planning and preparing for what’s next in NKids Ministry. The team has cleaned our entire NKids Ministry rooms, toys and resources for your safety. Here is the plan for the next few weeks on Sunday mornings:
Sunday, June 28 and July 5 – Families will worship together in main worship center.
NKids will provide activity bags for families during the worship gathering.
Please note that they will take the bag home and not leave at the church.
Worship gatherings will be shortened to accommodate children and families.
